The Lady in the Wall is a Status Station who appears as a female human face on the top of a stone wall. She is integral to the completion of the Portal Rune Quest.

Portal Rune Quest[]
Visiting the Lady in the Wall is the final step in the Portal Rune Quest. After the player has acquired two thousand gold, they must go to the Lady in the Wall and give her the gold to earn the Portal Rune. If the player has less than two thousand gold in their account, she will not award the Portal Rune, but will still allow the player to check their progress.

If the player visits the Lady in the Wall while not on the Portal Rune Quest, she will simply display the player's current progress like any other Status Station.
